Dr. Wendy Lin has been practicing optometry in the Bay Area for over twenty years. She earned her optometry degree at the University of California Berkeley Optometry School, after completing her Bachelor of Science at the University of California at Davis, and earning a spot on the Dean’s List. Her career in optometry has spanned many disciplines of the profession, including eight years in a research study at U.C. Berkeley to measure and follow the progress of the development of the human eye from three months of age to six years old. She also has enjoyed volunteering with a team of medical missionaries to Guatemala to provide eye care at a local hospital there. She can conduct eye exams in Spanish and Mandarin as well. A native of the Midwest, Dr. Lin now calls the Bay Area her adopted home, and enjoys the rich culture this area has to offer from music to theater and professional sports, and especially the local cuisine.
