Dr. Sirena Huang, O.D. is a therapeutic and glaucoma-certified optometrist. She received her undergraduate degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley and later obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry.

 

Dr. Huang graduated with honors as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honors Society and moved to Boston, Massachusetts the following year to complete a residency in community health optometry.

In addition to her residency, Dr. Huang has received extensive training at community clinics throughout the Bay Area and at Veterans Affairs hospitals in San Jose, Washington, and Southern Arizona. She has also worked closely with cornea, glaucoma, and retina specialists in New York City, where she lived for the past few years before moving back to the Bay Area. 

Dr. Huang loves to connect with her patients and always has their best interests at heart. She manages a variety of ocular conditions, including glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.

 

During her spare time, Dr. Huang loves to be outdoors. You can often find her picnicking with a good book, exploring a new hiking trail, or wandering around different neighborhoods in San Francisco
